One webinar, built around your numbers. Live in 7 days.
Right now you're probably guessing where it leaks. I find it first, then build around it and run it live with you.
Saw me take a funnel apart? This is where yours gets read.
I read every single one myself before we talk.
30 minutes. If you've run a webinar before, bring your numbers. If you haven't, bring your offer.
A page can't earn your trust. Neither can a five minute video. That's literally why I build webinars.
So I'm not gonna hype you up here. This is just what I do, what it costs, and who it's for. If it fits, we talk.
I currently work with Mbang's team at Omega Marketing. The clients there do anywhere from $100k to $2M a month. And I was on the team behind one webinar that did $500k in 30 days.
One of the first was a coach running about 80 ads. The ad he ran the most still said "ending 2025" in October 2026. Nobody on his team caught it. That's the kind of thing I look for. Open one.
A recruiter coach running about 80 ads → An ads expert's audit funnel → A coaching for coaches workshop → A call funnel with 57 ads → An HVAC owners' workshop →Things are good. You post every day, you're in the DMs, you close people on calls one at a time. And it works. But the next month you start from nothing again. And you watch people with honestly worse offers sell to a whole room at once.
A lot of coaches try a webinar at some point. It flops, and they decide webinars just don't work for their audience. But when you actually look at the numbers, the audience is usually fine. One of these four is broken.
If you don't know which one, every fix you try is a guess. Most people redo their slides or change the offer, or just throw more ads at it. And sometimes the whole problem was one reminder text that never went out.
Instead of guessing, I start at the number that's broken and work back from there. It's super simple and honestly almost nobody does it.
Once that number's fixed, a webinar is the best way I know to sell anything over a thousand bucks. It's basically your sales call with the whole room on it. They get forty, fifty minutes with you and ask you questions live. That's where the trust actually gets built.
| DAY 1 | The Rate Read. I go through your numbers and find the leak. Never run a webinar? We start from your offer. |
| DAYS 2–3 | Your pages. A sign up page with an actual date on it, and the page they land on right after, which has one job. Get them to show up. |
| DAYS 4–5 | The reminders. Emails, texts and the calendar invite. |
| DAY 6 | The hour. What you teach, and how you get into the offer without it feeling like a pitch. |
| DAY 7 | You go live. I'm there running it with you. |
| DAYS 8–90 | Fix the next leak. I read the numbers after every live. We don't touch ads until it converts. |
I'm not gonna promise you what your first one sells. Nobody honest can. What I can tell you is after the setup, I only get paid out of what it sells. So if it doesn't sell, you don't owe me anything more.
No. The first one runs on whatever audience you already have.
Your offer, your price and access to your tools by day 2. That's it.
That's fine. If you've got an offer and an audience, day 7 is your first one.
You do. Your face, your offer. I build everything around you and I'm there running it with you on the day.
It's 4 quick questions, then you pick a time. If you've run a webinar before, bring your numbers. If you haven't, bring your offer.
